The flowers were delivered on time and were very pretty, as shown online. The recipient loved them!
My only complaint - and this is why it’s a 4-star review and not a 5-star review, is that the photo online showed a modern, square short vase, but they were delivered in an old looking cut glass tall vase, which completely changed the look of the arrangement, in my opinion.
She was surprised to get it and she was thrilled it. She loves it and has written me a couple times about how much she appreciates it. She also sent me a picture of it on her dining room table.
I called the shop with a few questions while I was completing my online order. The customer service I received was exemplary and helpful. It also kind.My mom received her beautiful flowers and balloons on Mother’s Day, as requested. They were lovely, just like the customer service I received!
